“Upazila Model of School Improvement Program in Khansama” is comprised of package of provocation and facilitation of child centered and child friendly teaching and learning environment within family, classroom and out of class room/school so that child development can be achieved up to all of ours cherished desired of gaining high calibers child adorned with standard level of emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, physical and psychological development that boost up quality education, education for all and envisage towards presenting educated nation.
To ensure the enrollment of all admit able children and to work for the completing of successful primary education of them. Besides, enhance the empowerment of all stages of people in society for ensuring quality education and to ensure participation of them for school improvement.

2) Enhance the capacity of community based organizations, local authorities and the community in Khansama Upazila to work together to deliver Quality Primary Education in schools.
The Specific Objective of the action is to implement a sustainable and replicable School Improvement Program (SIP) model in 142 primary schools within Khansama Upazila jointly by local authority; school management committee and CBOs to improve quality of teaching-learning; improve school management; and improve joint planning and monitoring of school activities.
